What should I do if I forget my password?

I. If your phone number/email address is still in use

You can reset your password with the client on your phone/tablet:

(1) If you are not logged in: Go to the account login page inSettings on your phone/tablet and select Forgot password.

(2) If you are logged in: Go to Account center > Account & security > Change password.

II. If your phone number/email address is no longer in use

If you have a deactivated phone number/email address and cannot reset your password, you can change the linked phone number/email address first (How can I make changes to my HONOR ID if my phone number/email address is no longer in use? ) and then reset your password with the newly linked phone number/email address.
