(1) If the phone number/email address currently linked to your account is still in use, you can get verified first and change it directly.

Method:

On your phone/tablet: Go to Settings > Account centre > Account security > Login methods> Phone number/Email address > Unlink/Change and follow the prompts.

Website: On the Honor Store website, go to Login > Account centre > Account security > Account login methods > Phone number/Email address > Unlink/Change and follow the prompts.

(2) The phone number/email address linked to your Honor ID can only be changed using Appeal if it is no longer in use.
