On your phone/tablet:

(1) Not logged in: Go to Settings > Honor ID > Help > Appeal > Begin appeal and follow the prompts. Provide as much information as possible to increase the chance of success.

(2) Already logged in: You can start an appeal in the Security centre if you are already logged in. Steps: Go to Account centre > Account security > Security centre > Appeal and follow the prompts. Provide as much information as possible to increase the chance of success.
