(1) You can select on the Honor ID login page and enter the phone number/email address you may have used.

(2) If you see the message "this account is invalid or no service is available", it means that the provided information hasn’t been used to register for an account yet. If you can enter the next screen, this means that the account has been registered. Follow the prompts to reset your password and then log in again.
